Responsibility
- Confirm sales agreements with clients and ensure all terms are accurately documented.
- Monitor product deliveries to customers and coordinate after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
- Generate and process sales orders for existing clients, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders in Bali.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the company’s market share.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth product distribution and delivery.
- Stay updated on agricultural products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or agribusiness sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive sales growth.
- Familiarity with sales order processing, CRM systems, and after-sales service.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of local agricultural markets and farming practices is advantageous.
