Responsibility

  • Confirm sales agreements with clients and ensure all terms are accurately documented.
  • Monitor product deliveries to customers and coordinate after-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
  • Generate and process sales orders for existing clients, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders in Bali.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to the expansion of the company’s market share.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure smooth product distribution and delivery.
  • Stay updated on agricultural products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or agribusiness sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Familiarity with sales order processing, CRM systems, and after-sales service.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local agricultural markets and farming practices is advantageous.
