Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for welding consumables, equipment, and related MRO products in the Bali region.
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our welding solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in manufacturing, construction, shipbuilding, and other industrial sectors.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s brand and solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or welding certifications (e.g., AWS CWI) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the welding, industrial equipment, or MRO sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of welding processes, materials (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum), and equipment (e.g., welding machines, plasma cutters).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements accurately.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
