Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for KCC Paints’ retail division in Bali.
  • Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key retail partners, including hardware stores, home improvement centers, and boutique retailers.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for clients.
  • Monitor inventory levels at retail outlets and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand KCC Paints’ market presence in Bali.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the paint, construction, or home improvement industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Bali market, including key retail players, customer demographics, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to travel within Bali as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience with B2B sales or managing distributor networks is highly desirable.
