Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for KCC Paintsâ retail division in Bali.
- Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key retail partners, including hardware stores, home improvement centers, and boutique retailers.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience for clients.
- Monitor inventory levels at retail outlets and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to expand KCC Paintsâ market presence in Bali.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the paint, construction, or home improvement industry.
- Strong understanding of the Bali market, including key retail players, customer demographics, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
- Ability to travel within Bali as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience with B2B sales or managing distributor networks is highly desirable.
