Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing distributors while identifying and onboarding new partners.
- Analyze monthly distributor inventory reports to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and improve turnover rates.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities in the chemical industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to senior management.
- Train and mentor sales representatives to ensure alignment with company goals and customer service standards.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and distributors to maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the chemical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a regional or area management role.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting inventory data, sales metrics, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional Indonesian language proficiency is advantageous).
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
