Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective and existing clients.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
