Responsibility
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while maintaining profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to represent the company and build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the FMCG, trading, or food industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Goal-oriented with a hunter mentality and a passion for closing deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other Southeast Asian languages is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
