Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Actively promote the brand, products, and special offers to drive sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and report discrepancies to ensure accurate inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to enhance the customer experience and uphold brand standards.
- Process transactions efficiently using POS systems, handle cash, and manage customer payments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive and productive work culture.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions to provide informed and helpful recommendations to customers.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, or inquiries with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role (prior experience in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management, stock counting, and retail operations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, or other tourist languages) are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, to support store operations.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
