Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to promote and sell IFG Life Insurance products.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions through bancassurance channels.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions for banking staff to enhance their understanding of insurance products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance products and services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in bancassurance, insurance, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and financial services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali (relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates).
