Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in Bali's construction sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including contractors, architects, and developers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our construction solutions.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring optimal product application.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
