Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach to potential clients in Bali’s key business districts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Create and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs and industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging markets to inform strategic decision-making.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for leadership review.
- Represent Truelogic at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 3+ years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or digital services sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a significant advantage.
