Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach to potential clients in Bali’s key business districts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Create and present compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations tailored to client needs and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging markets to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts for leadership review.
  • Represent Truelogic at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 3+ years in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or digital services sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market insights to drive strategic decisions.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a significant advantage.
