Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain relationships with technical stores, diesel dealers, and distributors in Bali.
  • Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the company’s distribution network.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Present and demonstrate industrial pumps and diesel equipment to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for products.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technical or industrial equipment sector.
  • Strong understanding of industrial pumps, diesel engines, or related machinery.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
