Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with technical stores, diesel dealers, and distributors in Bali.
- Identify and onboard new dealers to expand the company’s distribution network.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate industrial pumps and diesel equipment to prospective customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the technical or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of industrial pumps, diesel engines, or related machinery.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Proficiency in CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
