Responsibility
- Lead and manage outbound sales efforts to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects in the technology sector.
- Develop and implement scalable sales strategies, processes, and playbooks to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and partners to expand market reach.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Set, track, and achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, providing regular reports on performance metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the technology industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience in outbound sales and lead generation.
- Strong understanding of the technology market, including trends, key players, and customer pain points.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing or mentoring sales teams.
