job description
Join Agro Boga Utama as a Sales Hunter (New Business Development) in beautiful Bali and drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and re-engaging dormant accounts. This is a high-impact role for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.
As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying and converting New Order Opportunities (NOO)—customers who have never purchased from us before—as well as reactivating long-inactive clients. Your mission is to expand our market presence in Bali, build strong relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets.
If you have a passion for sales, a hunter’s mentality, and the ability to close deals in a competitive market, this is your chance to grow with a leading company in the agribusiness sector.
Responsibility
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities (NOO) in Bali through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and reactivate dormant accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or related industries.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new deals in a target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills (fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- Existing network in Bali’s business community is a significant advantage.
