Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Indonesian market and achieve revenue targets.
- Engage with enterprise clients to identify business challenges and propose tailored cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, and support) to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cloud computing, SaaS, or IT services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and their business applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to relocate to Kuala Lumpur and travel as needed for client meetings.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is highly desirable.
