Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Organize and schedule sales meetings, client visits, and team events, including travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with supply chain teams to ensure timely product availability for sales activities.
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions to enhance sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
