Responsibility
- Assist the coordinator and supervisor in managing merchandise and inventory in the store.
- Ensure electronic products are displayed attractively and are readily available for customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, including product demonstrations and answering customer inquiries.
- Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and participating in in-store events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new arrivals to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of electronic products and a keen interest in technology.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
