As our Sales Area Lead for Bali, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term partnerships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in increasing market penetration, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and product quality.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Friends Bakery’s market share in Bali.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including retailers, hotels, cafes, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and negotiation.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, pricing, and consumer trends in Bali.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights for improvement.
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s business landscape and existing networks are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
