As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting SEIV Indonesia’s products/services, conducting client visits, and ensuring sales targets are met with precision. Responsibility
- Conduct regular client visits to promote SEIV Indonesia’s products/services and build strong business relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in the Bali region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle collections and follow up on outstanding payments to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, including performance metrics and market feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in B2B or regional markets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
