Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients in the plastics, packaging, and manufacturing sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular engagement and exceptional service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the plastics industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential and existing clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Representative, or similar role in the plastics, packaging, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and sales software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to travel within Bali and other regions as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience living or working in Bali is a plus, but not required.
