Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the Bali region.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
  • Monitor and manage product distribution channels to ensure availability and visibility in assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess competition, gather customer feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and product launches.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or distribution industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Bali region and occasionally to other areas as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local language skills are an advantage.
