Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for water pump products and solutions.
- Identify and prospect new clients in Bali, including contractors, agricultural businesses, industrial facilities, and government projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits of our water pump systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and promotional campaigns tailored to the Bali market.
- Negotiate contracts, prepare quotes, and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
- Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service team to address client concerns and ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Proven track record of 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, water solutions, or a related technical field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with water pump systems, irrigation, or fluid management is a significant advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local languages (e.g., Balinese) are a plus.
