Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners, to promote Islamic Estate Planning (IEP) services.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the company’s market share in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, legal professionals, and community leaders to generate referrals and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the IEP sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to the needs of Muslim clients seeking Shariah-compliant solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and key metrics to management.
  • Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Islamic Finance or Estate Planning is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and estate planning concepts. Certification in IEP or Shariah-compliant financial products is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Malay is a bonus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
