Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and retain enterprise clients in the B2B SaaS space.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, needs analysis, solution presentation, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive pipeline management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases tailored to enterprise clients.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and report on performance metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in B2B SaaS, software, or automation solutions.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals ($50K+ ACV) with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, cloud technologies, and digital transformation trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales methodology.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
