Responsibility

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s agribusiness client base in Bali and surrounding regions.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers in agricultural cooperatives, farms, and distributors to promote chemical products.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship management.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and tailored solutions to meet client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and training sessions to stay updated on agribusiness innovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural, chemical, or agribusiness sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with chemical products, fertilizers, or crop protection solutions is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
