Responsibility
- Handle international customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Process and manage export orders from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure on-time shipments.
- Follow up on payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets and customer expectations.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in export or manufacturing industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
