Responsibility
- Conduct field sales activities to acquire new customers and expand market reach in Bali.
- Promote and sell FMCG, telecommunication products, or merchant services to businesses and consumers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, Telecommunications, or Merchant Acquisition sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel and conduct field sales activities across Bali.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales management software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
