Responsibility
- Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers and target accounts in the education and tech sectors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Nurture leads through personalized follow-ups and engagement strategies.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitive insights to refine sales approaches.
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings scheduled.
- Represent Binar Academy professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Inside Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Passion for education, technology, or related industries is a plus.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate (remote work with occasional in-person meetings).
