Responsibility
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products and treatments.
- Demonstrate and explain the benefits of various beauty products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and retention.
- Collaborate with the Center Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty and wellness trends, products, and techniques to provide informed advice.
- Assist in organizing and promoting beauty events, workshops, and wellness retreats.
- Maintain a clean and inviting beauty center environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Handle client inquiries and feedback professionally, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
