Responsibility

  • Identify and engage potential merchants, including UMKMs, to adopt EDC payment solutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential business areas and merchant segments in Bali.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for EDC machine installations and activations.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to merchants on the use of EDC machines and digital payment processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, merchant interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and digital payment innovations to effectively position our solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the financial or payment industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
