Responsibility
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly KPIs and enrollment targets.
- Conduct outbound calls and consultations with prospective students to understand their needs and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive student recruitment and increase enrollment rates.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to create and execute campaigns that attract and retain students.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasted enrollments to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in student recruitment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in student recruitment, education, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
