Responsibility
- Engage with potential customers in retail stores, events, or promotional campaigns to generate interest in products/services.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to drive conversions.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies and feedback on customer preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
- Set up and manage promotional displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, promotions, or customer service (fresh graduates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (additional local language proficiency is a plus).
- Outgoing, confident, and able to build rapport with diverse customer groups.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by promotional schedules.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to travel within Bali or to assigned locations for campaigns.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is advantageous.
