Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new B2B clients, including clinics, salons, spas, and distributors in Bali.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers to drive repeat business.
  • Present and demonstrate Zelcos Laboratory’s skincare products, highlighting their unique benefits and scientific backing.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals and achieve quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute localized promotions, product launches, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the skincare, cosmetics, or healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking leads and sales pipelines.
  • Deep understanding of skincare products, ingredients, and industry trends (a plus).
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
