Responsibility
- Identify and target new business opportunities (NOO) in Bali through market research, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Re-engage dormant or inactive customers to revive sales relationships and secure repeat orders.
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting value propositions and competitive advantages.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer service) to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in FMCG, agribusiness, or related fields.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a hunter/quota-carrying role.
- Strong cold calling, pitching, and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
