Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our technical products.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote the company’s products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
