Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure product specifications meet customer requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in the precision components industry.
- Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
