Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary package of $6,000 – $8,000 per month, along with the opportunity to work in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic markets.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for welding consumables across assigned territories in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including contractors, distributors, and end-users, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Provide expert technical advice on welding products, applications, and best practices to clients, ensuring optimal product selection and usage.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops to educate clients and internal teams on the features and benefits of welding consumables.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, case studies, and technical content that highlight the value proposition of our products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, providing actionable insights for business growth.
- Participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees or certifications in welding technologies are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the welding, industrial supplies, or metal fabrication industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of welding processes, consumables (e.g., electrodes, wires, fluxes), and equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, with experience managing key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and data analysis.
