Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the B2B sector.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach to expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated with a hunter mentality—able to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of the local market (Bali/Indonesia) and business culture is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is highly advantageous.
