Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fintech sector, including partnerships with banks, financial institutions, and digital platforms.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Aira’s market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry leaders to foster long-term collaborations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Lead negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to refine offerings and enhance customer value propositions.
- Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Represent Aira Financial Technology at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of financial technology, digital payments, and regulatory landscapes in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills to assess market trends and business opportunities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
