Responsibility
- Manage the full sales cycle for solar energy projects, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and project handover.
- Provide technical expertise to clients, including system design recommendations, energy efficiency assessments, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate project scoping, feasibility studies, and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, government agencies, and end-users.
- Prepare and present professional proposals, technical reports, and sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the solar energy sector.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate project requirements and provide on-site technical support.
- Monitor project performance post-installation and address any technical or customer service issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the solar energy, renewable energy, or electrical engineering industries.
- Strong understanding of solar PV systems, inverters, battery storage, and energy management solutions.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with experience managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
