Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the technical features and benefits of our products.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and reports to support the sales process.
- Provide technical support and training to clients to ensure successful product implementation and usage.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive products to position our solutions effectively.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
- Gather customer feedback and market insights to contribute to product development and improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
