Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technical accounts, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the value of Vetnext’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, and operations) to align sales strategies with product development and customer requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food and beverage sector, focusing on high-value technical clients.
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, training, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive retention and referrals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to position Vetnext as a market leader.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance, market feedback, and growth opportunities to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Agriculture, Business, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the food, beverage, or animal health industries.
  • Strong understanding of food processing, ingredients, or veterinary products with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
