In this role, you will be the backbone of our recruitment operations, helping us identify and engage top-tier Engineering, Product, and Design talent for high-growth US-based startups.
You will move beyond standard job board posting and dive deep into market mapping, talent intelligence, and Boolean sourcing strategies. Responsibility
- Execute advanced Boolean searches and x-ray sourcing strategies to build high-quality talent pipelines.
- Conduct deep-dive market mapping to identify industry trends and competitor hiring patterns.
- Manage candidate data integrity within our ATS, ensuring accurate reporting and talent intelligence tracking.
- Outreach and engage passive candidates via personalized, high-conversion messaging.
- Collaborate with US-based hiring managers to refine search parameters and candidate personas.
- Maintain a consistent daily output of qualified leads across Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
- Participate in team strategy sessions to optimize sourcing workflows and candidate engagement techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical sourcing or recruitment research, ideally within a tech-focused agency or RPO environment.
- Deep understanding of the tech talent landscape, specifically for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
- Mastery of advanced Boolean logic and diverse sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Behance, Stack Overflow, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messaging.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup while meeting strict daily and weekly KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Human Resources or a related field.
