Responsibility
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage passive candidates in niche tech markets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to define role requirements and align on candidate expectations.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate technical interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform strategy.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet high-volume hiring demands efficiently.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, source effectiveness) to optimize processes.
- Employer Branding: Promote Cybalink Solutions as a top employer through compelling job descriptions and candidate engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years in technical recruitment, preferably for engineering, IT, or specialist roles.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with tech stacks, job markets, and hiring challenges in Australia or APAC.
- Communication Skills: Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex requirements clearly.
- Tool Proficiency: Experience with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
- High-Volume Capacity: Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to assess candidate fit and address hiring bottlenecks.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Location Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, or nearby areas) during AM shifts (Monday–Friday).
