Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end facilities installation projects for semiconductor and display manufacturing equipment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align technical specifications with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA) during all phases of installation.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and post-project reviews to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance metrics and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related); Masterās degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or facilities installation.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects with complex technical requirements.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, JIRA) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with cleanroom environments, utility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), and industrial safety protocols.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali and occasionally internationally.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
