Responsibility
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including machinery, production equipment, and industrial facilities.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical panels, control systems, and related components to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues, diagnose faults, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure electrical systems meet operational and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and systems to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international electrical safety regulations and company policies.
- Document maintenance activities, including work orders, reports, and system updates, to maintain accurate records.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and production staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including panels, control circuits, and industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and standards, such as OSHA, IEC, or local Indonesian electrical codes.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
