Responsibility
- Lead and manage construction and surveying projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and field teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and milestones.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control protocols.
- Utilize surveying tools and software to analyze data, generate reports, and optimize project outcomes.
- Resolve technical and logistical challenges proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably in construction or surveying.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and surveying tools (e.g., GPS, LiDAR, total stations).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and industry best practices.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are highly advantageous.
