Responsibility
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects.
- Conduct material takeoffs and quantify construction materials required for projects.
- Support in contract administration, including reviewing and processing variations, claims, and payments.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor project costs and expenditures against budgets.
- Prepare and maintain detailed cost reports and financial tracking documents.
- Assist in valuation of work progress and certification of payments to contractors.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and negotiate prices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., Construction Management, Civil Engineering).
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply—no prior experience required.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with quantity surveying software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be based in Badung, Bali and travel to project sites as needed.
