Responsibility
- Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to align on project goals and specifications.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Manage client relationships, providing regular updates and addressing concerns to maintain satisfaction.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to uphold Lion’s reputation for excellence.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, financials, and milestones to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects (commercial, residential, or hospitality).
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, cost estimation, and contract administration.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permits is highly advantageous.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
