Responsibility
- Oversee daily construction activities and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineers, laborers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Manage and allocate resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in construction is a plus.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to project locations as needed.
