Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end delivery of DCNet (Data Center Network) deployment programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, and vendors) to define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving bottlenecks to keep programs on track.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of network deployments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing transparent communication on program status, risks, and deliverables.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize network performance and capacity planning.
- Ensure compliance with Googleâs security, reliability, and operational standards in all deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure or network deployments.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Strong understanding of data center networking, hardware deployment, and cloud infrastructure.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA, Asana, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
